What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser so it can recognise it on later visits. Alongside them there are other ways of storing information on your device, such as local storage, which the law treats the same way. We list them all here, whatever type they are.
The essentials, in three lines
- Holdesk uses no advertising or profiling cookies, and has no intention of using any.
- Nothing that is not strictly necessary is activated until you authorise it. If you do not answer, nothing loads.
- Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and the site works just the same if you reject everything.

How long your decision lasts
We keep your answer for 24 months. After that we will ask you again, because consent cannot last for ever.
We will also ask you sooner if we change the cookies or the third parties involved: every change raises the inventory version and your previous answer stops being valid. That way you never end up consenting to something that did not exist when you said yes.
Deleting them from your browser
Quite apart from the above, you can view and delete cookies from your browser settings. Bear in mind that if you delete the record of your decision, we will ask you again the next time you visit.
Who processes the measurement data
Measurement is provided by Google Ireland Limited through Google Analytics 4. The data it collects is statistical and aggregated: pages viewed, approximate origin, device type and browser. You can read how Google handles it in its privacy policy.
